
The main outcome of the project is a joint support model to prepare the local companies for expansion into other Central Baltic markets. The project combines activities like: conducting market research, consultation services (market positioning, partner search, etc.), organizing international brokerage events, joint trainings, seminars and exhibition exchange.
The aim of the project is to increase the chances of success and reduce the overall risks for companies from other countries, entering national markets of Central Baltic region.
To reach these objectives consortium will carry out at least four different international training sessions for the SMEs and four special events for the business incubator managers in Central Baltic. Besides these events there will large scale brokerage-matchmaking events and active participation in international conference "Baltic Dynamics 2010 & 2011".
The first coming event is SME training and matchmaking session in Helsinki. The event will be held in June 8-9, 2009. During this event the companies from four different countries will have chance to study and train international business communication and negotiation skills. In August, 2009 the consortium will carry out an open workshop for the business incubator managers.
